Enjoy an innovative dinner show celebrating the filmmaking legacy of Disney and Pixar Animation Studios. While dining amid film strips, clapboards, director’s chairs and display cases housing animation boards and mechanical props from favorite movies such as The Little Mermaid, Encanto and Toy Story, indulge in an artfully prepared regional and international cuisine. And watch in amazement as your own drawings magically spring to vibrant life right before your very eyes.
Animator’s Palate will celebrate films like The Little Mermaid, Encanto and Pixar’s Toy Story, while Animator’s Table will focus on films like Aladdin, Frozen, and Pixar’s Finding Nemo.
Magically animated
Located just off Town Square, Animator’s Palate will honor the filmmaking legacy of Walt Disney and Pixar animation studios in an elegant restaurant that will transform from black-and-white to full-spectrum color throughout dinner. Comprised of two dapper dining rooms, the space will be adorned with film strips, clapboards, director’s chairs and display cases housing animation boards and mechanical props from classic movies such as “The Little Mermaid,” “Encanto” and “Toy Story.”
Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table
A beloved restaurant among Disney Cruise Line fans, Animator’s Palate is back aboard the Disney Adventure along with its sister restaurant, Animator’s Table. Bringing to life Walt Disney’s legacy of animation, these locations transform over the course of dinner, going from black-and-white to a rainbow of color.
Throughout the spaces there’s even animation boards and props from cherished films, like Disney Animation’s The Little Mermaid and Encanto, and Pixar’s Toy Story. The food is sure to ignite your palate too. Savory items include the Hainanese Chicken Rice with sweet dark soy sauce, ginger garlic sauce, and chili sauce, and the Laksa Lemak with prawn, Tau pok, laksa leaf, and chili.
For sweet lovers out there, you’re in for a treat with the Chocolate Decadence made with bitter chocolate crème, truffle crème, hazelnut chiffon, and chocolate sauce. The Salted Caramel Cheesecake features a vanilla cheesecake, salted dulce de leche glaze, and peanut butter rice crisps. Or, for an extra Disney touch, the Mickey Chocolate Tart.
