Arrive at the quaint village of Bufadora, located on the Punta Banda Peninsula. Receive a kayaking overview and safety briefing before launching your 2-person, sit-on-top kayak.
Paddle through the calm inlet waters of the peninsula and enjoy the scenery above and below the ocean. You will have views of the largest natural blowhole in the world—La Bufadora, or "The Blowhole."
Expect to get wet on your approximately 60-minute paddle. Afterward, return to the beach to dry off and head back to town.

After meeting with the crew and Divemaster, travel to Todos Santos Island to observe the underwater wildlife while snorkeling.
On this adventure you will…
Board your vessel just walking distance from the ship where you will be greeted by your Divemaster and Crew. After a safety briefing, you will be on your way to Todos Santos Island, just west off the coast of Ensenada. On the way to the island you might get lucky and spot some dolphins or even a whale!
Once you get near the island you will be briefed on the activity and safety rules in order to snorkel. Your Divemaster will inform you of the animals and plant species that live in the area, as well as their behavior.
View an underwater forest inhabited by many different types of fish including the Garibaldi, a bright orange fish that is the official marine life animal of the state of California. You may also see some seals and sea lions along the rock formations of the island.

Take a brief motor coach ride to the center of Ensenada for an onboard bus tour of this charming resort town. Ride along the main boardwalk known as Ventana al Mar, the Flag Square and see in person what make this city, the “Cinderella of the Pacific”.
Then is time to move on to your cooking & tasting experience. Our chef will tantalize your palate with authentic Mexican fare learning the secrets of some traditional Mexican favorites such as the Molcajete Salsa, Tostada, The Enchilada and the King of dips, a mouthwatering Guacamole. This avocado-based sauce originated by the Aztecs in Mexico used in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment, and salad ingredient. It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados in a Molcajete with sea salt, and other fresh ingredients such tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice, chili, cilantro, or additional seasonings.
Your cooking class will take place at La Dulce Vista. Located at the famous wine country area of Guadalupe Valley, where you will have a natural scenario of mountains, vineyards you will be surrounded by pretty flowers in a private atmosphere with relaxing music. Pear your creation with unlimited margaritas.
You will have some free time after cooking class to keep enjoying of the view. Visit our open-air market where you will find a variety of local products such as wine, olive oil, marmalade salsas and handicrafts all this before heading back to Ensenada.

On this adventure you will…
Board a motor coach and travel approximately 40 minutes to the northeast of Ensenada, where the Calafia Valley lies at 850 feet above sea level. This remote region of the Baja peninsula is widely recognized as the area in Mexico most suited for growing the best variety of grapes for the production of high quality wines.
Arrive at the L.A. Cetto Winery, a pioneer in the production of wines in the Valley of Guadalupe since 1928. Enjoy an approximately 60-minute guided tour of the grounds and learn about the winemaking process, all the way through the crushing of the grapes, fermentation, pressing, aging and bottling. At the end of the tour, sample the local production served with assorted cheese and biscuits.
Next, leave the massive production and larger industry behind for the charm and simplicity of a much smaller winery. Casa Doña Lupe is more than a winery. It is also a great place to taste locally grown and produced jams, breads and other delicacies - mostly organic. During your approximately 60-minute visit, sample the local wines and other produce.
Reboard the motor coach, travel back to Ensenada and return back to the pier.
