• Welcome, foolish mortals! Reserve a personalized photo session in the Haunted Mansion Parlor, the first such lounge to ever materialize. Your photographer will take you on a walk through the lounge to capture unique, professional portraits—perhaps the most exciting ever possessed!

• Head to the Haunted Mansion Parlor to meet your portrait photographer, outside the lounge. Then, enter, if you dare, and spend up to 20 minutes capturing portraits in the Haunted Mansion Parlor, famed for serving lively spirits. Your session includes the opportunity to photograph as many poses as time permits. Your session also includes digital copies of 5 photos of your choice, available to you via a custom USB drive.

Additional Images, Prints and More

• Additional photos from your session may be available at an additional cost. Prints and a selection of fine art photography products may be purchased separately at the Shutters Portrait Studio onboard.

Arrival and Check-In

• It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your portrait session. Haunted Mansion Parlor is located on Deck 3, Forward, across from the Skipper Society.

• Your photographer will meet you outside of Haunted Mansion Parlor to begin your portrait session.

Know Before You Go

• Be aware of important additional information to help you prepare for your portrait session.

• Portrait sessions may be cancelled due to ship scheduling needs or operational adjustments.

• Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting location at the Haunted Mansion Parlor. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

• Your photographer will guide your party to the ideal spaces in the lounge during your session. Portrait sessions are available on select mornings, prior to adult-exclusive hours. Children younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Digital images will be selected during a follow-up viewing session with your photographer and will be made available on a USB drive.

Party Size

• The maximum party size is 6 Guests per session.

Attire

• Attire must comply with Disney Cruise Line guidelines. We recommend a cruise casual attire. Guests are encouraged to show their personality in their wardrobe.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time or if you fail to show up, you will be charged the full price of the session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
