  • Introducing Sail Away Gift—it's just like a registry, and your vacation is the occasion. When friends and family send you a Sail Away Gift, they're giving you an onboard credit—to use for delightful experiences during your Disney cruise.

  • Get Your Shareable Link

  • By generating your personal link, you understand that you'll be sharing the primary Guest's full name. Only share with trusted individuals.

  • Guests will need to provide their legal first and last name to link recipients. Offer expires 2026-02-10

How It Works

  • 1. Get Your Unique Link

  • Select “Get Your Shareable Link.” This will create a URL to share with loved ones.

  • Share your link with friends and family by email or text.

  • 3. Receive Gift Credits

    • Once you’re on board, the credit will appear on your folio, and you’ll receive a card.

    • Purchase credit for yourself, family members or friends that can be used during an upcoming Disney cruise to cover anything that is charged to a stateroom account, including Port Adventures, spa treatments, beverages and more. Guests issued Onboard Credit will receive a card in their stateroom indicating who sent the gift, the recipient’s name and a personalized message. Please note: For purchases of Onboard Credit less than 2 days prior to sailing, a card will not be issued, although the credit will be applied to the stateroom account.

  • How do I share my personal link with family and friends?

  • Select the “Get Your Shareable Link” button on this page. You’ll receive a unique URL that you can copy and send to family and friends by email or text. It’s a wonderful way to invite them to be part of your upcoming adventure!

  • What happens after I share my personal link with family and friends?

  • Once your loved ones receive your link, they can send you a Sail Away Gift—giving you onboard credit you can use on your Disney Cruise Line vacation. All they need to do is choose an amount, make the purchase and their generous gift will help create even more magical memories at sea.

  • How will I know if I’ve received onboard credit?

  • On embarkation day, check your folio (stateroom account) to see any onboard credit that may have been added. You can view your folio in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or by visiting Guest Services.

  • Currently, we are unable to notify Guests in advance when onboard credit is purchased for you by friends or family. We recommend asking them to let you know. In most cases, you’ll also find a card in your stateroom with a personal message and the sender’s name.

  • Please note: If credits are purchased less than 2 days (48 hours) before sailing, a card may not be issued, but the credit will still appear on your folio and automatically applied to any activities you booked in advance.

  • What can I enjoy with onboard credit?

  • Onboard credit can be used around the ship for charges that appear on your folio (stateroom account)—like spa treatments, a romantic dinner, Port Adventures, beverages, merchandise, photos and internet packages. They cannot be used toward your cruise fare or other amounts due before you sail.

  • Can I purchase onboard credit for myself?

  • Absolutely! You can purchase onboard credit by using your personal link or visiting the Onboard Gifts page before your sailing.

  • How does onboard credit work?

  • Onboard credit is a dollar amount applied to your stateroom account (folio) that you can use for purchases during your cruise. Your credit becomes available once you’ve boarded and your folio is active. Onboard credit automatically offsets eligible charges posted to your account—there’s nothing you need to do.

  • For activities booked before setting sail (such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, spa treatments, Port Adventures, nursery time and premium dining), you won’t be charged until you’re on board the ship. When the charges post, your onboard credit is automatically applied.

  • You can view your onboard credit and transactions in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or by visiting Guest Services once you’re on board.

  • What happens to unused onboard credit at the end of my sailing?

  • We recommend using all your onboard credit before the end of your last evening on board. It applies automatically to eligible charges on your folio.

  • If you still have a balance at the end of your cruise, please call the Disney Cruise Line Contact Center. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and returned to the original purchaser in the form of payment they used.

  • When a refund may apply:

  • A refundable credit remains after your folio is settled at the end of the cruise.

  • Your sailing was cancelled or changed and a refundable onboard credit was left unused.

  • A charge was reversed, resulting in a refundable balance.
