Magens Bay Beach Break (ST27)

Ride to Magen's Bay in an open-air taxi and enjoy this iconic stretch of beach and the calm, Caribbean waters.

On this adventure you will...

  • Delight in an approximately 25-minute scenic open-air safari taxi ride and take in a stop at Drake's Seat to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay and Down Island.

  • Arrive at the world-famous Magen's Bay with its half-mile stretch of white sand. Swim, soak up the sun on a beach chair or stroll along the picture-perfect shoreline during the approximately 3.5-hour stay.

  • Reboard your transportation and travel back to the pier.

  • Guests using wheelchairs and other assistive devices must be able to stand, walk short distances, or otherwise handle steps to board and disembark the Port Adventure vehicles or vessels.

  • Wheelchairs need to be standard size and collapsible: they will be stored out of the way during transit. No electric wheelchairs or scooters are permitted. There are no pathways in the beach sand area.

  • A bottle of water and your own beach lounge bed are provided. Beverages, snacks and meal items may be purchased at the beachside eatery nearby.

  • Floats and water toys are available to rent for a nominal fee. Guests are encouraged to bring currency.

  • Transportation back to the pier is scheduled by the tour operator between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Guests wishing to return earlier or later will be required to pay for their own transportation back to the ship.

  • Guests are encouraged to wear swimming attire under clothing if wishing to swim at the beach.

  • Guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, additional clothing, hats and cameras.

  • You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip in recognition of exceptional service in restaurants, taxis and for excursion guides and drivers. It is always up to you to determine the amount.
