Special Requests

  • The tab/hyperlink can be found at the bottom of your Disney Cruise Line reservation page

  • Can be requested once the reservation is made and I highly recommend doing it immediately

    • Requests can be for you or all the party in your stateroom

  • Special requests allow you to customize your Disney cruise, such as reserving child amenities like highchairs, bedrails and cribs, adding table requests, arranging celebrations and special occasions or informing us of any lifestyle/cultural dietary requests.

  • For food allergies, accessibility assistance and/or medical equipment requests, please utilize our Special Services form.

  • Special requests are available to all Guests but can only be made by those ages 18 and older.

  • Additionally, requests for special occasion celebrations and some dietary preferences require special ordering, so we’ll need a minimum of 5 weeks before your sail date to fulfill. All dining requests will be verified by your server on your first night at sea.

  • Add requests to be shared with our team on board.

    • Request table locations, inform us of any dietary preferences, arrange a celebration or reserve child amenities

    • Remember these are requests and not confirmations, Disney Cruise Line will do their best and if something is very important I highly recommend also calling Disney Cruise Line or have your travel agent call

    • At the top of the Special Requests page should be your:

      • Itinerary, sailing date, stateroom and guest

      • Make sure you are on the correct sailing

  • Learn more about special service requests (oxygen, visual, hearing, medical, mobility, service animals)

Dietary Preferences

  • Disney Cruise Line offers gluten free, vegetarian, no sugar added, dairy free and lighter note offerings on all of our table-service restaurant menus. These items will be noted on each restaurant menu to help you in your meal selections.

  • Make a dietary request for yourself or for all the guests in your Stateroom:

  • When requesting check the box and then select the guest or guest it applies to

    • Lactose-free diet

    • Vegetarian meals

    • Low-fat

    • Plant-based meals

    • Hala

      • Requests must be made at least 35 days before sail date

    • Kosher

      • Requests must be made at least 35 days before sail date

    • Low-Sodium

  • If you or your Guest has specific dietary requirements, please tell us in the private Special Services Form

Celebrations

  • Celebrate a special occasion during your cruise.

  • We’ll always offer cheer—and also some suggestions to add to your fun!

  • Just tell us which of these occasions you’re celebrating:

    • Anniversary

    • Engagement

    • Honeymoon

    • Reunion

    • Birthday

    • Graduation

    • Retirement

  • Don’t forget to browse the complete selection of In-Room Gifts and Amenities available for your cruise itinerary to find items you can purchase to celebrate your special occasion.

Child Amenities

  • There are amenities and services available on board for children of all ages.

  • Please let us know if you need these for your stateroom:

    • Pack n Play Crib

    • Bed rails

  • Choose from a variety of Youth Clubs and entertainment available for your children during your cruise including ones where expert Disney counselors can look after them while you enjoy some well-earned time off.

  • Please indicate whether you require a booster seat or highchair for rotational dining:

    • Booster Seat

    • Highchair

  • Pro Tip: Booster Seats are also offered in the Walt Disney Theater once you walk in or ask a cast member

Table Requests

  • Please keep in mind that table requests are optional and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Seating is designated based on each restaurant’s unique venue, and all table locations are designed to create magical experiences for Guests.

  • If you would like to submit a table preference, you can select from the dropdown below:

  • Near a window

  • At a quieter location in the dining room

  • Near a screen for entertainment

  • At a private table

  • Near the center of the dining room

Please note that your selection applies to all Guests in your dining party and only one seating request may be submitted per stateroom.
