  • Learn about the history of local landmarks like St. Patrick's Church, the oldest Roman Catholic church on Cape Breton Island. The 1828 structure was erected in 1828 in the Pioneer Gothic style. Then visit the Jost House, built in 1787, that was the home of a prominent merchant.

  • Continue on to the Cape Breton Fudge Company, a company that has become a Sydney staple in just 10 years. Their treats have even been shared at the Golden Globes and the Country Music Awards!

  • Try your hand at making fudge and enjoy a treat of tea and traditional oatcakes.
