If you did not download the pictures while on the ship, I believe you will have around 45 days to do so through the DCL app under photos

The package will be charged automatically on your cruse folio onboard. So if you decide you don't want it, you have to go the day before Debarkation to get it cancelled.
How does it work if the immediate family is in two different rooms?
- Joining your stateroom photos with photos from another stateroom into a single account is only available (i) once a package is purchased and (ii) if you have children (immediate family only) under 21 in the stateroom you wish to join to your account. Anyone else age 21 and over in the joined stateroom will not be in the photos. You must specifically request the joining of staterooms to a crew member in Shutters Photography Shop.

Disney Cruise Photos Now Available to Purchase After Disembarkation For USA Residents (1.21.2026)

For U.S. residents, Disney Cruise Line photos are now accessible online for up to 45 days after each photo is taken. Guests can purchase individual images or photo packages through the Disney Cruise Line Photos website—even after leaving the ship. This option applies to sailings that end on or after January 21, 2026. Cruises that concluded before that date are not eligible for post-cruise photo purchases.

It’s important to note that the 45-day access period is based on the date each photo was captured, not the date of disembarkation. Photos taken on embarkation day will therefore expire sooner than those snapped later in the voyage.

Eligible photos include images taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the ship and ports of call, such as character meet-and-greets, rotational dining photo opportunities, themed backdrops, onboard venues, and Disney’s private island destinations.

There are a few restrictions to keep in mind. Guests who live outside the United States must still purchase photos onboard or before the cruise ends, as post-cruise access is currently limited to U.S. residents.

Overall, this update is a welcome convenience for many cruisers. It removes one more task from the busy final hours onboard and offers extra flexibility to decide on photo purchases once you’re home. Guests who choose to buy the Unlimited Digital Photo Package after disembarkation should note that it carries a 15% surcharge compared to onboard pricing.

Pre-book the Photo: Unlimited Package before your cruise and get your professional photos with a discount off the onboard price. Pre-booking must be completed at least 3 days before the start of your cruise.
How It Works
Once you’ve paid for your cruise in full and are within your booking window, visit My Reservations and select “My Plans.” Then select “Add Activities” on the first date of your cruise and choose “Onboard Fun.” Once you’ve accessed “Onboard Fun,” select the option to add “Photo: Unlimited Package.” You can also download and use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to reserve the photo package that’s right for you! Photo packages can be added or removed up to 3 days prior to your sailing. No items can be pre-booked past this time. Please note that you only need to select the name of one Guest in your stateroom to select the package you want.
At many departure ports, we’ll take the first of many cruise vacation photos just prior to boarding the ship.
Strike a pose and smile big! Our professional photographers will be poised and ready to capture magical moments featuring you and your entire travel party throughout the ship—in elegant gathering spaces, at dinner, between Broadway-style shows and more! Once on board, you can check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for specific photo locations and schedules.
Connect to the ship’s Guest Wi-Fi and visit our onboard mobile photo website to view, select and download your cruise pictures. The mobile photo website can be accessed via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can also use the QR code that you may see posted on the ship.
You will have 45 days from the day an individual photo was captured to download it in My Cruise Photos before it expires. For assistance after your cruise, please contact Disney Cruise Line Photo Guest Services.
Castaway Club Pearl Members who have sailed with Disney Cruise Line 25 times or more will receive the Photo: Unlimited Package at no cost. There is no additional action required on the part of the Member, and the inclusion of this exclusive benefit will be reflected on their stateroom account.
